Introduction

Excerpt from the book Life Processes – The Universal Laws of Health and Longevity:

Foreword

As the title “Life Processes” suggests, this book aims to describe in detail all the processes, procedures and laws that form the basis of all life. All processes that take place in living organisms are subject to the same laws, regardless of whether they are plants, animals or humans; life processes can therefore also be called the sacred laws of life. They are as old as life itself and are inherent in every living organism. Although they can be easily discovered in the language of nature, they have been disregarded over the past millennia and are no longer known to us today. However, life processes can still be discovered, decoded and read like a cosmic language. It is the sacred language of life that reveals itself in the meditative contemplation of the human soul.

Life processes – the fundamental biophysical, biochemical and spiritual laws of our lives are simple and complex at the same time; they are obvious and hidden; they are material, energetic and spiritual; they are coherent and contradictory at the same time; they are harmonious and rhythmic like music; they are moving and alive like life itself. If we were able to understand and apply these laws again, it would have profound and healing consequences for our lives; it could transform all aspects of society and provide a foundation for human existence that nourishes all people on both the physical and spiritual levels. The application of those sacred laws of life can heal and regenerate not only each individual person, but our wonderful planet Earth as a whole.

The earth needs help in this time of crisis, as do we humans who live on it! What could help better than a deep, loving understanding of all the processes that shape life on this planet? An understanding that allows us to restore health and harmony with simple means – within us and around us. An understanding that enables us to successfully self-treat all those diseases that today are wrongly classified as incurable. An understanding that allows us to interact with nature in a way that not only produces an incredible abundance of agricultural yields, but also stable ecosystems and a regeneration of the physical, energetic and spiritual systems in nature. It is high time! In recent years it has become so obvious that nature, society and the majority of individuals on our planet are in a process of progressive degeneration – of pathological derailment. This derailment has come about because our thinking has turned away from the actual laws of life and only considers the visible material phenomena without understanding the underlying invisible laws.

We have lost the ability to think holistically, as we are educated from childhood in school systems and universities to think logically and analytically. A way of thinking that isolates the wonderful interrelationships of life into specialized areas and thus tears them out of the context of the unified whole.

Like an extracted tooth that no longer has any value once it has been removed from the mouth, analytical or specialized knowledge can be called “dead science” because it no longer integrates into the whole. It is this context, this connection, this intact interweaving that constitutes life itself and its laws.

In order to understand life processes, we must first heal our thinking – that is, “make it whole”. Purely rational (masculine) thinking, which separates all phenomena and examines them individually, must be expanded to include analogical (feminine) thinking. Analogical thinking forms a synthesis – it brings individual experiences and circumstances into relationship with each other, forming a healing whole. This creates a web of healing that connects all those parts that have been destroyed (or taken apart) by analytical thinking. This is a recognition of the external circumstances in front of our inner mirror of the soul – a meditative inner awareness that all knowledge is already present within us.

Holistic, healing thoughts can only arise through a process of inner purification. Just as we can only achieve perfect health through the inner purification of the body (see the following chapters of this book), we can only achieve a healthy mind that recognizes the laws of life through the purification of our thoughts.
