In the new English edition of “Life Processes”, longevity coach and natural healing expert Frank Albrecht unveils a new dimension of health that transcends our conventional understanding. These universal laws of life explain the reversal of the ageing process and the causes of disease in detail and can lead us back to unity with the source of being.
As all life comprises matter, energy and spirit, holistic medicine must take all three factors into account. Consequently, there are three causal factors of disease that apply to all civilisation diseases and the ageing process, which are always interlinked:
1. The level of matter, expressed in the body’s biochemistry. Above all, this must not be over-acidic (all lifestyle diseases arise only in an over-acidic biological environment).
2. The energetic level. This refers to the organising life energy, known as ‘qi’ in China and ‘prana’ in India, which controls all cellular processes.
3. The spiritual or soul level, which is often burdened by trauma or karma from previous lives.
